Oswego County woman charged after accident and allegedly pushing law enforcement

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Oswego County woman is facing charges after flipping her car on the arterial early Wednesday morning.

Genna Mitchell, 25, of the Village of Cleveland has been charged with DWI, resisting arrest and harassment.

The crash happened near court street at 12:44 a.m. Authorities say an Oneida County Sheriff's Deputy was traveling northbound on the arterial near Court Street when he saw a car on its side.

The Oneida County Sheriff's office said that she was taken to the hospital for evaluation and declined treatment. She allegedly became disorderly and pushed a deputy when he tried to calm her.
