NEW ORLEANS (AP) - The streets of Baltimore were filled with whooping, hollering and dancing after the Ravens beat the San Francisco 49ers, 34-31 in Sunday night's Super Bowl. The game in New Orleans' Super Dome was delayed 34 minutes because of a power outage that officials say was caused by an "abnormality" in the power system that triggered an automatic shutdown. The backup systems kicked in, but officials aren't sure what caused the initial problem.
