New Hartford Police arrest fugitive from Maine

New Hartford Police arrested a man who was listed as a fugitive from justice from Berwick Maine.

Police say Sheldon Weinstein is charged with committing a gross sexual act for having sexual contact with a seven-year old girl.

Weinstein was arraigned and committed to the Oneida County Jail without bail. He'll be extradited by the state of Maine within 30 days.
