12-12-12 marks 100th birthday for Otsego County woman

COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. (WKTV) - As Wednesday marks December 12, 2012 or 12-12-12, it also marked Otsego County resident Claudine Stafford's 100th birthday.

This means she is in a very small club of people in this country who have witnessed the date not once, but twice.

Stafford lives in the Otsego Manor in Cooperstown and she has some advice for all.

"Do the best you can, don't be any phonies," she said. "Be what you should be."

Staff and friends at Otsego Manor in Cooperstown held a 100th birthday party for Stafford on Wednesday.
