Man who illegally sold gun that killed Officer pleaded guilty in Federal Court

Michael Flamer, 22, of Chester, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty in Federal Court to 14 counts of Federal Firearms Violations. Flamer was charged in April of 2007 by the Federal Grand Jury for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with one count of Dealing in Firearms without a license and 13 counts of falsely completing a Federal Firearms Forms.
