Three women, one man charged in Utica prostitution sting

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Three women and one man are facing charges after Utica Police conducted an operation targeting prostitution-related offenses.
Police said the operation utilized undercover officers posing as "Johns."
The following people were arrested in the operation:
Christine Hazard, 30, of Utica - charged with prostitution, loitering for the purpose of prostitution, false personation, and criminal possession of a controlled substance
Jean Palmer, 42, of Utica - charged with prostitution and loitering for the purpose of prostitution
Adrianne Licano, 29, of Utica - charged with loitering for the purpose of prostitution
Jefferson Melvin, 49, of Utica - charged with loitering for the purpose of prostitution- and criminal possession of a controlled substance
