Jurors selected for "Flaco" trial

UTICA - Officials from Oneida County Court are saying a jury has been selected in the trial of Wesley Molina-Cirino, the man charged in the shooting death of Utica Police Officer Thomas Lindsey.

At 3:43 p.m. Monday, a court attendant confirmed that a jury had been selected.

Lindsey was killed nearly a year ago after a traffic stop on the 1100 block of Nielson Street.
