Second arrest made in fatal Rome fight

ROME - There has been a second arrest in connection with a double stabbing in Rome over the weekend.

Jameen Kelly of Utica has been charged with assault and is now being held at the Oneida County Jail.

Joshua Diggs of Brooklyn has also been charged in connection with the stabbing. Investigators say a fight broke out around 3 a.m. on Saturday in front of Denny's in Rome.

When police got to the scene, there were six men all with various injuries. Two people died in the fight.
