One of the men accused of Rome Denny's Stabbing in court for felony hearing
ROME - The man accused of stabbing another man to death during a fight, appeared in Rome City Court today for a felony hearing.
Joshua Diggs, of Brooklyn, is charged with second-degree murder. Today in court, graphic security camera video was shown, and one person who was severely injured in the fight testified. Jameen Kelly, also arrested after the fight, was charged with 2nd degree assault. He waived his right to be at today's felony hearing, but his attorney questioned witnesses this afternoon. |
