Third man charged for stabbing at Denny's in Rome

ROME - A third man is charged with the murders of two men during a fight last month outside Denny's Restaurant in Rome.

29 year old Kemel Richardson faces six charges, ranging from second-degree murder to gang assault.

Richardson joins Joshua Diggs and Jameen Kelly, who are also charged with the murders of Daniel Hernandez of Rome and Judson Watkins of Syracuse.

The three face the same six charges.

Diggs and Kelly are due to be arraigned on the crimes tomorrow morning in Oneida County Court. Richardson is due in court for an arraignment on Friday.
