FLOYD, N.Y. (WKTV) - One person is in jail following an accident early Sunday morning, resulting in serious injuries.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 25-year-old Dale J. Annis, of Steuben, was driving north on Soule Road in the Town of Floyd along with a front-seat passenger, 30-year-old Corey M. Graveline, and a backseat passanger, 26-year-old Michael P. Colangelo.
