ROME - One of the men involved in a deadly fight outside of Denny's in Rome last month has been offered a plea deal.

In exchange for a guilty plea to first-degree manslaughter, Kemel Richardson could spend 15 years in prison for his role in the fight.

Two other men - Jameen Kelly and Joshua Diggs - have both pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and gang assault.

They are charged with the murders of Daniel Hernandez of Rome, and Judson Watkins of Syracuse.

Richardson has until April 23 to make a decision on the plea offer.
