*Police investigate an accident that killed a 79-year old German Flatts man.

*Utica College went on what they called a "partial lockdown" this week after they were notified a man named David Piper had made the a threat against the campus.

*A Utica woman is accused of stabbing her husband to death.

*A teen facing charges stemming from a fight at Holland Patent High School was in court this week.

*Two of the three men allegedly involved in a deadly fight outside Denny's in Rome back in March have been offered plea deals.

*A Utica man is behind bars after Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies say he tried to flee on foot ... and they eventually had to taser him.

*The case against the Proctor High School student accused of recording a female student performing a sexual act on a male juvenile has been adjourned until May 23.

*Oneida County Sheriff Daniel Middaugh gets a big raise.

*They're not police officers, but they're learning what it takes.

*Racing at Vernon Downs began again this week.

*And finally - a true sign of the warmer season in the Mohawk Valley - Voss in Yorkville put out the picnic tables and fired up the grills for the first time of the season this week.
