By LEXIE O'CONNOR

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The lights for the 11th annual Wonderland of Lights were switched on Tuesday night at Acacia Village at Masonic Care Community Campus. Organizers say this year there are new light displays and events all to benefit the Resource Center for Independent Living.

"It's a fun event, it's also very community minded," said Diana Sorrento of RCIL. "There's new lights, every year people hear more and more about it, it's not as if if you go one year the next year it's the same lgihts we try and have new initiatives and new ideas that we do with the lights so people will want to come through again."

The light show runs November 21st to January 1st and will be open from 5:30 to 9 pm every night except Christmas Eve.

It's $8 a car, $15 for 15 passenger vans, $25 for limos, and $50 per bus.

Cars should come through the Welshbush Road Entrance of Acacia Village at Masonic Care Community.
