State Police make arrest in weekend Fastrac Robbery

MARCY - The State Police in Marcy have made an arrest in the Fastrac robbery that occurred in Marcy on Sunday, April 27. Arrested Tuesday was Joseph Elmer, 23, of Rome.

The State Police were assisted in this investigation by the Rome Police department and the general public.
