President of HCCC announces retirement date
Dr. Ronald Williams, president of Herkimer County Community College, has informed the college board of trustees that he will retire following commencement on May 16th.
In a news release from the college Tuesday night, the trustees offered him the opportunity to use his accrued vacation time. Williams said, "It is my intention to retire from HCCC following 22 years of employment. My last day of employment will be June 18, 2008. I thank the trustees for their support over the years, and also thank them for giving me the opportunity to use my accumulated vacation time prior to retiring." |
