Joshua Diggs rejects plea deal in case of fatal double-stabbing at Rome Denny's
UTICA - One of the three men accused of a fatal double-stabbing in the parking lot of the Rome Denny's has rejected a plea offer. Joshua Diggs was offered a plea offer of 15 years in prison for charges of manslaughter, which he rejected today in Oneida County Court. Jameen Kelly and Kemel Richardson are also charged for their alleged involvement in the incident. Richardson and Kelly both have previously rejected plea offers as well.
