UTICA - Police are investigating the cause of a two-car accident in the city that injured two people. Two SUVs were heavily damaged in the crash.

The accident happened early Saturday evening on the corner of Oriskany Boulevard and Genesee Street. The injured passengers were taken to Saint Elizabeth Medical Center. There is no word on the extent of those injuries.
