Prom goers have been submitting their prom pictures all week for WKTV.com's YouNewsTV Photo Contest. After prom season is over, we will pick one random photo from the submissions and the winner will win a $50 Gift Certificate to The Italian Chef.

This isn't a biased news report. It's not even a news report. They are submitted photos. Maybe no one from Proctor submitted any prom photos. If they did, I'm sure they would be up here. Quit blaming WKTV for Utica's lack of participation.

Proctor never gets recognized for anything, unless its athletic or a something negative. Thats sad, because that is how it was 11 years ago when Mr. Iving Jones was my principle to now.
