The article says possesion not under the influence, big difference. Wait until the cause is found before you condemn. Last week was finals week in Hamilton, what if he was tired and just zoned out and drifted across the line while going home? Drugs may have had no part in this. I too have lost family due to a traffic accident and the pain is great. I assure you that living with the fact that two people have died because of your choices will haunt him forever. Don't judge on perception, only facts

Brian.. will be missed greatly . He loved his kids and was a man of faith. He always had an open ear. We talked about things beyond work and talked just Friday afternoon during lunch about how short life is. You never know the day or the hour. The last thing I said to him was that I loved him and I would see him Monday morning. The pain hurts so bad right now and my thoughts and prayers are with his parents, sister and his two daughters he loved so much. I will see him once again and I know that

Just because he was under the influence does not mean he will be charged 10 years for each life. The justice system works in many ways but not that way. He did a wrong, but was he reckless or knowingly doing this? He deserves punishment, but I am sure that by killing a person he will have that punishment for the rest of his life.

If he was under the influence, then he should recieve 10 years for each person killed. Driving under the influence of any drug needs to be punished severely.
