Friday afternoon, Mohawk Valley Community College held its graduation commencement ceremony. Thousands of family and friends packed the Utica auditorium this afternoon for the annual commencement ceremony.

Nine different departments received diplomas consisting of several dozen different programs with degrees and certificates.

i am writing to say i am happy for all the graduates from mvcc and hccc but my daughter just graduated from pratt which is part of munson williams last weekend and i find it very sad that these students didnt get recognized for all the hard work they have done. it is only a 2 year school here in utica then they go off to finish in brooklyn but they still deserve the recognizition that the other colleges get. There was just a small article. Is that fair? They work just as hard as anyone.
