Tornado Warning Expires

The tornado warning for Central Oneida and North Central Madison counties expired at 9:15 p.m. The National Weather Service said that the thunderstorm that prompted the warning has weakened. Oneida County Sheriff's Department has told NEWSChannel 2 that a tornado touched down in Sylvan Beach.
