On the one week anniversary of the F.X. Matt Brewery fire, Saranac Thursday opens for the second night of the season. It was on their first night, one week ago, that the canning operations building when up in flames. Following a tough week of recovery, it seems as though brewery officials and community members are in good spirits tonight.
