Fire Chief Russell Brooks recounts last week's Brewery fire

UTICA Fire Chief Russell Brooks was the man in charge of keeping the F.X. Matt Brewery Fire under control. He ended up calling in multiple departments last Thursday to assist Utica including Whitesboro, New Hartford, Maynard and New York Mills.
