I knew Mr. Ingalls when he was with the Sheriffs Department. I was just a recruit going through the police academy basic training put on by the department. He was one of the good guys! I was very sad when I heard of his passing. He will be greatly missed by all who had the priveledge to have known him.

Bob, you may not be here on earth with us, but you will always remain in our minds and hearts with your great big smile and confidence in everything you did. We were so happy you got to return home to your hummingbirds and hope that heaven has lots of pasta fagiolli. We will always miss you and love you. Ted and Phyllis
