Man accused in Rome Denny's stabbing will go to trial this Fall

UTICA - A man accused of murder stemming from a fight outside the Rome Denny's in March, will go to trial this Fall.

Joshua Diggs' attorney withdrew his request for an evidence suppression hearing that was supposed to happen today.

Diggs' murder trial will probably happen some time around September.

Judson Watkins, of Syracuse, and Daniel Hernandez, of Rome, died as a result of that fight.
