Lowville man faces charges of DWI after head on collision

49 year old, Keith Muncy of Lowville was traveling on Eire Canal Rd when his car veered into the opposite lane striking 71 year old Clara Boliver of Croghan head on.

Both drivers were transported to Lewis County General Hospital. Boliver was treated for head, chest and leg injuries; Muncy for chest injuries.

Muncy faces charges of failure to keep right and DWI.
