OSWEGO COUNTY - An Oswego County man is facing manslaughter charges tonight after a verbal dispute escalates out of control.
Police say 44 year old Michael Fredette of Oswego New York assaulted 36 year old Robert King during an argument.
When police arrived on scene King was unresponsive. An autopsy was scheduled Sunday to determine the cause of death.
Fredette is in Oswego County Jail in lieu of 10 thousand dollars bail.
