150 people involved in Hollyrock fight on Varick StreetUTICA - In the early morning hours of Friday morning, a fight broke out at the Hollyrock Bar. As the fight moved outside, Utica Police officers attempted to break up the fight. Numerous other bar patrons along with approximately 150 people began to move in on the police as they attempted to effect arrests of the combatants and restore order to the area. Order was eventually restored by the Utica Police with assistance from the New York State Police, Oneida County Sheriff's, New Hartford Police, New York Mills Police, Whitestown Police, and Whitesboro Police. During the incident the following nine people were arrested:
