Well They need to be punished but with the way the system works they will get a way with a slap on the wrist and probably do it again. Hell sex offenders spend sometime in jail and get out and do it again, our system sucks I say.

I will say our walmart in lowville did not do there job with these kids because my mom has purchased items from walmart with here credit card I beleive over 100.00 i'm not sure the limit they have there but jeesh if my mom has to be ID'd and sign a paper to use her credit card I sure as hell think anyone with 300.00 in merchandise should be ID'd and meant to sign a paper.this could have been prevented!!

I read somewhere that longer and stiffer jail sentences DO NOT deter criminals--well, YEAH--they have NO intention of getting caught, so therefore, they are not too concerned about the length of any purported jail time as it DOESN'T affect them..........But then ya gotta wonder about the brain capacity of someone who goes to the LOCAL stores to use a stolen credit card---would seem that cow tipping would be BEYOND their mental prowess!!

I would like to welcome Lowville to the internet age. I recently found out that someone took out a credit card in my name, using my SS number, but different billing address. Credit card companies will give out cards to anyone, and never check the information. So I guess I understand why WalMart doesn't require ID on CC purchases... they might lose way to much business.

these kids are not too smart. They could have ordered anything they wanted from the internet and had it delivered to wherever. 300 dollars is nothing but i bet that other dbag's credit limit was only 500 or so.

How did the kidds get away with purchasing over $300 from walmart? Last i new at walmart when using a credit card you must show id. Looks like walmarts around the world are slipping, but then again thats what walmart is all about is the green, nevermind the workers, the customers that make walmart.
