Woman charged with Court Street fire offered plea deal
UTICA - The woman accused of intentionally setting a fire on Court Street on July 4 has been made a plea offer. Multimedia Related ContentProsecutors say the incident on July 4th began as some sort of domestic dispute and ended with 19 year-old Ambur Dawn Fortney allegedly starting a fire on the porch of 1122 Court Street in Utica. That fire was one of a cluster of four Utica fires that broke out within an hour of each other around midnight fourth of July into the fifth.
