"A.C. No-Moore" - North Utica craft store closing

UTICA - Another store in North Utica is packing up as the A.C. Moore in Riverside Center prepares to close its doors.

Next week begins a "Liquidation Sale" for the crafts store, whose manager says the store will be making a formal announcement on the closing on Monday.

One store employee says that the closing is currently slated for November, but the corporate office for A.C. Moore did not return calls on Friday.

Linens and Things, also in Riverside Center, recently announced its closure, and the parent company of Steve and Barry's, who has a store also in the center, had recently filed for bankruptcy.
