Still no arrests in weekend club shooting; liquor authority looking into possibility of closing it down

UTICA Still no arrests in the weekend's double-shooting at a Utica night club, and now the State Liquor Authority is looking into whether to shut the club down.

The shooting early Saturday morning in the parking lot of "The Bogie II" nightclub on North Genesee Street is the second violent crime that's happened at the bar in the past year.

One man was shot in the neck and another shot in the leg. Both men have since been treated and released.

Last December, seven people were injured - six of them stabbed - in an altercation that started inside the bar.

To date, no arrests have been made in either.
