United Cerebral Palsy is one of the largest volunteer organizations in the Mohawk Valley.

There are many programs to volunteer in, such as the Promise Program for Autism, Day Care and Adult Care programs. Even Big Brothers, Big Sisters is a program of UCP.

Since UCP is a program that is active 7 days a week, 365 days a year, they can adjust to anyone's schedule.

There are projects like spring and fall cleanup days, painting, and gardening that can use help for even one day.

With children in eight residential programs, there is room for entire families and children to volunteer. Share a skill or craft with children or adults in the program.

Training is available for particular focus areas, but you can always train for an additional area that captures your interest.
