GLOVERSVILLE (AP) - A 26-year-old man faces a murder charge after authorities found the body of another man on a bike path in Gloversville.

According to city police, Randy L. Green, of Gloversville, was arrested Friday following the death of 63-year-old Raymond W. Pike.

The resident of Gloversville, 43 miles west of Albany, was stabbed several times. The men knew each other and had reportedly argued Thursday evening.

Authorities say Pike was a registered sex offender and went to prison for sodomizing a 13-year-old boy in 1990.

So now everyone's happy that vigilante justice rules? This isn't justice, it's murder. The victim spent his time in prison. So much for Christianty being the predominant religion.

When is it time to kill? If it was your child who was raped/beat/and has a lifetime of nightmares then speak. These sex offenders get only 3 to 5 years in prison then if they might the state standards are place in civil center which we the TAX PAYERS PAY 200,000 a year PER SEX OFFENDER!!!! I dont say kill but I do say keep them in jail for life when we only pay 40,000 a year.
