Sex offender's body found in Gloversville
GLOVERSVILLE (AP) - A 26-year-old man faces a murder charge after authorities found the body of another man on a bike path in Gloversville. According to city police, Randy L. Green, of Gloversville, was arrested Friday following the death of 63-year-old Raymond W. Pike. The resident of Gloversville, 43 miles west of Albany, was stabbed several times. The men knew each other and had reportedly argued Thursday evening. Authorities say Pike was a registered sex offender and went to prison for sodomizing a 13-year-old boy in 1990. --- Information from: Times Union, http://www.timesunion.com
