Police say car in deadly accident should not have been on the road

WKTV News

FRANKFORT - Frankfort Police say the car involved in last weekend's accident that killed two Utica teens should never had been on the road.

They say the car wasn't insured or registered, had a fake inspection sticker and its license plate belongs to a man in North Carolina, whom they are trying to notify.

Police say the investigation continues but they feel speed was the major cause of the deadly accident.
