Utica man arrested for DWI after crashing into utility pole

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica man is charged with a DWI after a one-car accident on Albany Street at Pond Lane in Utica early Wednesday morning.

Utica police have arrested 22 year-old Frank Torchia.

Police said Torchia lost control of the car, went off the road and rolled over before striking a utility pole.

There were no passengers in the vehicle, and Torchia was not injured.

This is to the people that think they are GOD. He is the one decides who lives or dies. So if you ran a stop light or stop sign your are just as wrong as someone that drinks and drives because you could have killed me and one or all of my kids. Wrong is wrong..I'm not saying that he should'nt be held accountable for what he did.So I guess he will be seeing all you upstanding citizens who break the law every day of the week at the courthouse turning yourself in.
