Former financial advisor rejects plea offer
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A former financial advisor accused of 12 crimes has rejected a plea offer. Doreen Dorn was in Oneida County Court Thursday for the offer. Had she accepted it, she would have received six months in jail and five years of probation. If convicted, Dorn could face at least 30 years in state prison if the case goes to trial. Her alleged crimes stem from the theft of more than $350,000 from a now-deceased client. Dorn is due back in court on September 16. Most Popular |
