Two Car Accident in Utica

WKTV News

UTICA (WKTV) - Utica Police and fire rescue crews responded to a two-car collision at Court and Huntington Streets Tuesday afternoon.

Police are not releasing names, but they say a female driver was not paying attention and swerved into the opposite lane and sideswiped an oncoming car.

The woman was ticketed for an unsafe lane change, an unsafe tire and a child restraint violation.

The accident is still under investigation.

Maybe a child restraint violation should be an arrest, a baby can't protect themselves, but the law can!!!!!!!
