DEERFIELD, N.Y. (WKTV) - NEWSChannel 2 said goodbye to Producer and Reporter Susan Campbell on Thursday, as she bids the Mohawk Valley adieu for a reporter job in Youngstown, Ohio.

Susan joined NEWSChannel 2 in May of 2007, and for over a year produced the Live at Five Newshour, and reported on a variety of topics.

She will soon become the Health Reporter for WFMJ, the NBC Affiliate in Youngstown.

Being in Ohio will put Susan much closer to home than Utica, as she was born and raised in northeast Ohio.

She graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University with degrees in Broadcast Journalism, Political Science, and Spanish.

While she was in school, Susan completed internships at WPMT in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the Fox News Channel in New York City, and right here at WKTV. She also studied abroad for a semester in Madrid, Spain.

She often brought leftovers of her great cooking for all the newsroom to enjoy, and she will be missed.
