UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Local agencies gathered at the Hotel Utica Thursday to learn how to apply for grants.

The workshop highlighted the local government efficiency grants in particular. The program has expanded its applicants to include libraries, water authorities and school districts.

A number of local municipalities attended today's workshop.
