VERNON, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Turning Stone Resort Championship will tee off Thursday, but fans got an early treat on Monday.

Fans filed into the Kaluhyat golf club for qualifying, while others headed for Atunyote for a Pro-Am competition.

At Atunyote, 90 of the area and world's best paired up for a day of practice leading up to tournament play.

Fans were glad to see some PGA players before the onslaught of fans embark on Atunyote this weekend.

Unfortunately for fans, tracking their favorites was impossible since golf officials didn't release a schedule for Monday's round.

A spokesperson says a list is being finalized and will likely be posted and available for fans through the Atunyote website prior to Wednesday's Pro-Am.
