Arrest made in Blandina Street shooting

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for an east Utica shooting.

Investigators have charged Marcel Frank with attempted murder and criminal use of a weapon. The arrest stems from a shooting in the 700 block of Blandina Street on September 12th.

Authorities say a man was shot in the shoulder and the leg. His injuries were not life threatening.
