Lee man killed in head-on collision
LEE, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Lee man is dead after a head on collision on Route 69. Police say 23-year-old Jason Hanright was in the wrong lane coming over a hill putting him in the direct path of an oncoming tractor trailer. Hanright was taken to the Rome Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the tractor trailer was treated for minor injuries. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
