Krakowiak drunk driving case adjourned until Monday

WKTV News

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The case against the man accused of killing a 72 year-old woman while driving drunk has been adjourned until Monday.

Radoslaw Krakowiak was in Oneida County Court Wednesday morning to either accept or reject a plea deal.

State Police say Krakowiak was behind the wheel and drunk when he slammed head-on into another car back in June.

Krakowiak pleaded not guilty to drunk driving charges at the beginning of the month.
