Arraignment of Donovan "Tallman" Skelton moved to Tuesday

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The arraignment has been postponed for the man accused of fatally shooting a teenager 15 years ago.

Donovan Skelton, also known as "Tallman," is facing murder charges for the death of 16 year old Harold Surarrow in 1993.

According to U.S. Marshals, Skelton fled to his native Jamaica, and from there moved to the Bahamas to hide out before he was caught.
