Hunter goes missing near Otter Lake

OTTER LAKE, N.Y. (WKTV) - The search got underway early Saturday afternoon for a missing hunter in the Woodhull Lake area in the Adirondacks.

State police say the hunter is in his seventies and is from New Jersey, and was hunting with several other hunters, one of which called authorities to report him missing.
    
A number of people searched the forest area through much of the day on Saturday. A command post has been set up at the Otter Lake firehouse.
