Two arrested after fight in line at County Office Building
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two women were arrested Tuesday morning after a fight broke out at the Oneida County Office Building, Sheriff's Deputies said. According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, Ijeoma Isu, 24, of Utica, and Michelle Schipper, 36, also of Utica, began fighting over who was going to be first in line at the Social Services Temporary Assistance while they entered the building. Both women were issued appearance tickets to appear in Utica City Court on December 2, 2008 at 9 a.m. There were no injuries reported.
