(WKTV) - In less than three months, this station and local broadcasters across the United States will undergo the most dramatic technical change ever.

It's an event that will effect thousands of our viewers - the change to Digital TV.

10 days ago, we began a 100-day countdown to the moment when the WKTV Analog signal will be turned off for good.

A special program was held on Thursday night to test viewers signals for analog reception so that they will be aware if they need to purchase a digital conversion box, as well as take questions they might have about their place in this digital conversion.

WKTV's engineering department took phone calls both during the show and more than 60 phone calls afterwards, answering a slew of questions that came pouring in.
