Woman charged in PA for 2006 credit card theft in Marcy

CORSICA, P.A. (WKTV) - A Pennsylvania woman has been arrested by Pennsylvania State Police in conjunction with the theft of a credit card from a woman in Marcy in 2006.

On November 17, 2008 , the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Alecia M. Flament 20, of Corsica, Pennsylvania on an active arrest warrant.

Flament was charged in Pennsylvania as a fugitive from justice and waived extradition on November 18, 2008 back to New York State.

She was then brought by State Police Violent Felony Warrant Squad back to New York on November 24, 2008.

Flament is charged with Forgery, and Grand Larceny.

She was arraigned in Utica City Court and was remanded to the Oneida County Jail.
